This Black & Decker AS700 Steam Iron has a 3-way automatic shut-off so you never have to worry if you left your iron on or not. Once the iron reaches the desired temperature, it will turn off after 30 seconds of inactivity if left on its soleplate or tipped over on its side. If it is left vertically on its heel rest, it will shut off automatically after 8 minutes.
